Operations Manager - Strategic Projects & Business Development

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive the successful onboarding of new customers—particularly in the fresh produce sector. This role supports senior leadership and plays a key part in aligning business strategy with operational execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate communication across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Support go-to-market strategies and business planning aligned with growth targets.
• Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness for customer launches.
• Promote innovation and contribute to value chain development and customer engagement.
• Occasionally travel internationally to support customer relationships and project delivery.

• Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s or PMP/Prince2 preferred).
• 5+ years in operations or project management, ideally in fresh produce or FMCG.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in project tools, KPI tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and engage with international customers.
