Customer Support SpecialistLocation: Leatherhead, UK (Hybrid)Contract: Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours/week)Salary: £26,500 – £32,000 (DOE)Holiday: 26 days + 8 bank holidays

We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support & Systems Specialist. This hybrid role combines customer service with hands-on systems management, including HubSpot, WooCommerce/WordPress, and platform integrations like Xero and Asana.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, support internal teams, and help improve workflows through automation and data insights.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Customer or technical support background
  • Experience with WooCommerce/WordPress and HubSpot
  • Strong IT and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication

Desirable:

  • HTML/CSS, Zapier/Make, multi-currency e-commerce, ISO 9001 exposure
