Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team, focusing on renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring smooth handling of renewals and MTAs
Responding to client queries with professionalism and efficiency
Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
Supporting the wider team with administrative and client service tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a commercial insurance account handling role
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A team player with a client-first mindset
Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
What’s In It For You:
Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working – flexibility to split time between home and our Wolverhampton office
