Electrician / Multi-trade

NVQ Level 3 Electrician with basic plumbing skills required

Working across Hampshire / Reading and surrounding areas.

£18. 13p.h (Paye) with company van, fuel card, and tools supplied.

40 hours per weeks - Mondays to Fridays

Initially a 3-Month.

Reed Recruitment are recruiting an electrically bias multi-trade operative on behalf of a reputable Housing Association.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property inspections.

Duties include:

Routine fault finding in domestic properties to lighting circuits, and similar.
Servicing and installing electric heating along with installing and servicing extractor fans for residents.
An ability to plumb in electric showers and shower pumps as well as change hot water cylinder immersion elements would be an advantage.

Requirements

Must also hold a City and Guilds 18th Edition
NVQ Level 3
2391 Test & Inspect to sign off Periodic and Electrical installations.
Clean Driving Licence
Clean criminal record as DBS check will be undertaken

You will be supplied with company van and power tools necessary for the role. Working within a team of multi trade operatives. You will be motivated and able to work on your own or as part of a team when carrying out larger works.
