My client is seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual who is willing to learn to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in electronics, although this background is not essential but would be very beneficial.
Day-to-day of the role:
Build and wire electronic products using detailed instructions and diagrams
Test basic functionality using a laptop and test equipment
Fill out build sheets and checklists during production
Record part numbers, serials, and system settings for each build
Carry out light metalwork (cutting, drilling, de-burring) as needed
Occasionally help install and set up systems at customer sites (training and H&S provided)
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Electronics background is ideal but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfort using tools (soldering iron, crimpers, screwdrivers etc).
Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately.
