?? What You’ll Do:

Advise Large corporate firms, SMEs, startups, and local businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, and business sale/purchase documents
Support in all areas of Corporate and commercial needs of our clients, from IP to employment, Insolvency to settlements.
Support clients through business structuring, compliance, and commercial strategy
Play a key role in business development and shaping the future of our firm
